According to the information reported by the Motorcycle page via detikOto, Wednesday (04/15/2015) states that Piaggio complaint has been filed at a court in Milan, Italy. It also said that, Piaggio MP3 three-wheeled scooter is the first that has been presented in the global market since 2006.

From the information available that the charges filed by the Peugeot Piaggio has been postponed until June 16. As for the charges against Yamaha Piaggio will be held on 24 July.
